Exercise makes your heart muscles stronger and it can pump more blood through your body. On the other hand your lungs uses oxygen more effectively.

Muscular strength

The best way to make your muscles strong is by lifting weights consistently and regularly.  You also need to have a protein -rich diet.

Training expands muscle cells and increases actin and myosin production. These are contractile proteins that contract together and produce power stroke.

Muscular endurance

Those who run long distances may know better what muscular endurance is. It is the ability of your muscles to continue the activity without being tired. weight training and slow and controlled exercise on regular basis can improve muscular endurance.

Body Composition

That is the formation of your body. The amount of muscle, bone, water and fat it has. You may keep your weight the same but can still change the ratio of these components. Nutrition and exercise are important for improving body composition. Increasing lean body mass can reduce the risk of many chronic diseases.
